The major challenge of the Algeria for the coming years is to have to solve, in the very near future, the heavy constraint of external dependence and diversification of its economy, which, for now, remains highly vulnerable by compared to the fluctuation of world oil market and the rising cost of imported raw materials. Already, concerns are emerging in relation to economic forecasts for 2016 are characterized by a drop in exports, a decline in foreign exchange reserves and GDP, a fall in growth and a likely rise in unemployment
