This paper presents a study of the power factor and is impacts on distribution networks of electric power. Using remove the bad effects of low power factor on the network. Applying mathematical model using same equations. Apply Fuzzy Logic Technique (FLT) to improve the power factor by using MATLAB program to determine the shunt capacitor size and sensitive nodes (down power factor and high power losses) in the network and know the size needed for the purpose of improving power factor. The nine nodes network is implemented and applies the Fuzzy logic technique on the networks. The result performance of the electrical network improve the power factor , reduces power losses , improve the voltage profile and control adding shunt capacitor in the excel locations as needed to the network This results in finding best economical costs saving , and speeding the work , for possible online implementation in distribution network
