معوقات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الموسسات العامة (حالة مشروع الجزيرة و الموسسات الفرعية لاعمال الري - السودان)

The study aims to overcome the obstacles facing public enterprises in formulating and implementing strategic plans. The research followed the descriptive, analytical and case study methods. Data were collected via questionnaire, and then statistical techniques were used for the analysis. The study explored that the adoption of strategic planning leads to the achievement of desired goals. It is also concluded that the adoption strategic planning increases efficiency and performance levels. The study explained results and concluded with recommendations.
