This paper involves study of attenuation coefficient as a function of r (with m unit) is the cavity radius and f is the frequency (GHZ) in a circular wave guide with inner radius r. In this study we written the program ) MODE-5( for calculate the attenuation coefficient of the TE0n-modes.
