Irbid Third the Directorate of Education Efficiency Degree for Meeting Total Quality Management Principles as Perceived by its Employees

This study aims of identifying the efficiency degree of Third Irbid Directorate of Education for meeting TotalQuality Management principles.The study was conducted on a sample of (100) employees working in the Third Irbid Directorate ofEducation through using a questionnaire consisting of (49) items covering three areas: job description, tasks andduties, and organizational structure.After conducting the necessary statistical treatments, the study found that the job description had come inthe first place, followed by tasks and duties and then followed by the organizational structure in terms of meetingtotal quality management principles applied in this Directorate.
