This paper presents the issue of Islamic art as an ideology creator in the context of Islamic thought, and highlights the privacy of form of this art in the tools and visions, and the totality transcendent human being from knowledge economy wording the rules of this art cognitive, all this come from the pillars of knowledge economy and consideration the Islamic art act civilization turn in to procedural to work embodied in fine arts which creativity Muslims artist mind in the light of Islamic law. Highlights Importance of research through the statement of principles, rules, pillars, of Islamic art in the light of knowledge theory and knowledge economy, and its implications such as institutional, Intellectual and educational, in order to follow the consistency oh intellectual and cognitive of Islamic art in the context of scientific and technical progress, which starts searching from a particular problem is that Islamic art does not work within the institutional framework ant intellectual to knowledge theory, and developments on the different trends especially knowledge economy, assuming that Islamic arts derives the details of the theory of Islamic knowledge according to Islamic guidelines and in the light economic theory and knowledge economy, the research used method of descriptive theory, the study found a set of conclusions and the illusion that the Islamic art as a product economy has deep historical and is characterized by permanence, communication and modernization. The study suggests that the work of Islamic art as embodiment civilization must be within the institutional frameworks reservation artistic values in the light of theory of knowledge and knowledge economy.
