صدرت جريدة (الوحدة) السرية لسان حال حركة القوميين العرب في العراق بعد ثورة 14 تموز 1958 فكانت أول جريدة سرية تصدر في العهد الجمهوري أعقبتها صحف قومية سرية لتنظيمات وأحزاب مارست العمل السري خلال حكم عبد الكريم قاسم (1958 - 1963)، انصبت الدراسة حول جريدة الوحدة السرية، محتوياتها ومقالاتها وطباعتها والأوكار السرية لطباعتها في العراق. مع عرض لمواقفها تجاه القضايا الوطنية (ثورة 14 تموز 1958، ازدياد النفوذ الشيوعي، ثورة الموصل 8 آذار 1959، الجبهة القومية، وقضية النفط والوحدة الوطنية). ومواقفها تجاه القضايا القومية. (الوحدة العربية (السورية– المصرية 1958، وحركة الانفصال أيلول 1961 والحياد الايجابي والقضية الفلسطينية).

Al - Wahda secret news paper was issued in Iraq after the 14th July movement , 1958 . It was the voice of the Arab nationalists in Iraq and the first paper in the time of the republic followed by other secret national papers of political parties and organizations practised the secret work during the time of Abdul – Kareem Qasim (1958 – 1963). The study basically deals with AL – Wahda secret paper, its contents, articles, and secret places of publication in Iraq and attitudes towards national issues (14th of July, 1958, increase of communist party influence, Mosul movement, 8th March, 1959, the National Front, oil and national unity, in addition to its attitudes towards the national issues like the unity between Syria and Egypt , 1958 , the separation movement Sept., 1961. non- alliance movement and the Palestinian issue
