The present study aims to identify and define the dimensions of the basic requirements as well as the continuous improvement of perceived customer value in the study sample، especially in the administrative units that are in direct contact with patients. In addition، it is intended to detect the effect of the relationship between the dimensions of the CI and the achievement of those perceived customer value. The study is the definition of the problem within a set of questions dealing with the nature of the relationship between the variables that affect the study، the plan was developed virtual thus to study the expression of two key assumptions. To verify these hypotheses put all under many tests. Moreover، to obtain the required data، we used questionnaires، as well as the descriptive approach as a method to study. Because of the limited population of the study، which was (95) as director in administrative units. and included in this study all the study population. Besides، it has been obtained (89) questionnaires that have been used to analyze the data using a program (SPSS V.18). The study used a questionnaire as a key tool to collect information and data. The study sought to test a number of hypotheses relating to the primary and secondary link relations and the impact of the relations between the variables of the study in order to answer the questions of the study and to reach specific goals. The study found a number of empirical results، which is the relationship between the variables (CI، strategic success).There is also a significant impact on the success of the CI strategic. The results were consistent with the hypothesis of the study on this issue، the study got a set of recommendations and suggestions that support the strengths and address weaknesses.
