Imam Al- Hussein (peace be upon him) regarded as a master of masters for Arab rhetoric. He has been able in his speech in the(al-taff) the battle of karbala to offers words leading to whom hear them to submission and acceptance. He provided in his speech guidance's leading to direct result on the listener submission that depended upon the primary Linguistic elements towards the installation of the particular structure that showed the inadvertently of the speaker. The speech of Imam Al- Hussein (peace be upon him) aimed to achieve two objectives including reporting and persuasion by basing on the mental and scientific evidences. I tried in the current research to answer the following questions: What positions that were represented in the Arguments in Al –Hussein speech, the path of the Arguments and indicators of protest in it. The Imam Al-Hussein (peace be upon him) tried by dialogue to convince his listeners by substantiated evidences
