Teaching the Arabic language for whom speaks other language, makes lots of attraction and it’s so fascinating for scientists and experts; but teaching Arabic in some issues is difficult and complicated, but in some matters is so easy. Arabic and Farsi are too close together especially in letters, sounds, culture and etc, but teaching some grammatical issues are the most difficult items for someone who doesn’t know Arabic such as teaching inexplicit factors and need accurate translation and making easy by the help of paraphrase from departure language to destination language. This study plans a lesson in the field of subject and adjective inexplicit factors by the help of some examples and their accurate translation in two languages.If Farsi speaker learner doesn’t get the examples in Arabic language, can’t accept the inexplicit factors action issue. This study is an alive frame to teach inexplicit factors for Farsi language students on the base of traditionary-analytic method and the importance of this study is to make Arabic language easy that this issue is one of the most important one for teachers and students. This study try to offer easy ways to comprehend these subjects by the help of accurate and comparative translation. Key words: inexplicit factors, subject, adjective, factor, emergent
