The message of rights of Imam Ali bin al-Hussein Zain al-Abidin (peace be upon him) is a constitution for Muslims, he explained how to deal from the rights of God to the rights of ahl ul-dimmah, the letter contains fifty right, it was written because of drowning of society in misguidance during the Umayyad era. These rights were placed in the message to correct the course of society, especially the social situation. The message has a clear impact, and changed many of the social concepts prevailing in the era of Imam Zine El Abidine (peace be upon him) or the era that followed. Those who read these rights will see it's comprehensive and have been formulated in a clear manner and carry Islamic principles.The title of the thesis is (The Social Dimensions of the Message of Rights in Imam Ali bin Al Hussein - peace be upon him). Which divided into two sections, the first section deals with birth and growth, the second section deals with the social dimension of the message of rights, which divided into three axes, the first axis discusses the rights of the parish, the second axis shows the rights of relatives, the third axis will deal with rights of the general public.Our last prayer; Praise to Allah, Lord of the World
