This article examines the political data that ibn-almoqaffa as first political writer after the appearance of the islam during his reformist ideas applied and this work was performed through criticism of reign structure as important tool in his political style to express his views and ideas in order to achieve desired modification. In the process of using these data took his intellectual leaven from source of Persian culture wich was unknown for arabs and shaped it in new format with Arabic view to be matched to the new environmentand it̓s conditions. He once took this approach, found that new Islamic civilization has not such data, thus he followed approach that no one else know it and open this path by his intellect and knowledge. Ibn al-moqaffa when dealt whith this task, he lived among civilization: ancient Persian civilization and rising Islamic civilization Many of these data including the features that some of today's political standards and indicators in the fields of political science and international law are known by then.Some of these data relating to the structure of the state and it's role in representing foreign relations or diplomatic issues and other including general judicial concepts from the perspective of domestic policy.
