The objective of this research is to determine the nature of the role of marketing strategy and its impact on improving the organizational performance in the private hospitals. Marketing strategy is the main engine for all the changes that the organization can make to adapt to the environment in which it operates. Improving organizational performance is one of the challenges facing senior management In contemporary hospitals to help them survive. The research problem was indicated by a clear lack of marketing strategy in improving the organizational performance in the private hospitals. The hospital was chosen as the field of application. The sample was selected in a simple random sample of 25 persons. The questionnaire was used as a tool for obtaining research data. Which were prepared based on a number of ready-made measurements after being subjected to tests of honesty and stability. The statistical tools resulted in a number of results, most of which confirmed the existence of a relationship of correlation and effect of significant significance to the marketing strategy in improving organizational performance. It was accepted and the main sub-hypotheses contained in the research.
