الحماية الجنائية لحق الطفل في الحياة (دراسة مقارنة)

This study deals with child protection under modern legislation, and this is through exposure to the most important human right, which is the right to life. After analyzing the legal texts of the various internal legislation of countries and comparing each other with each other, it was found that the child - whether he was a newborn or not - did not obtain the necessary legal protection, especially in the penal aspect. Which makes the crime of assaulting children's lives rise from year to year, especially with regard to mitigating conditions granted to mothers, or in terms of organ trading, where there are no provisions for this behavior, or with regard to kidnapping associated with murder. Accordingly, the call exists to reconsider the texts related to the criminal protection of children.
