The complexities of the development process are numerous and overlap, especially in a vast country such as Algeria, which imposes on the state, within the framework of the development management process, the development of methods and techniques that allow it to limit the requirements and needs with rationality in the use of resources. This paper aims to clarify the work of the information centers created by the state and what they should be in the way of managing, supervising and coordinating between them, as a strategy that secures the absorption of the development in information technology, in order to reconcile the requirements of the development process and methods of its embodiment.
