The technological revolution made a huge leap in the field of information technology, and in turn, its misuse led to the emergence of new crimes known as information crimes, which made it difficult to combat them due to their nature and the specificity of investigation procedures, through this virtual environment to track down the information criminal. In this regard, the text of Law No.: 09-04 of August 05, 2009, special rules for the prevention and control of crimes related to information and communication technologies, includes a set of procedural rules related to the inspection of the information system and the seizure of data. However, these procedures remain insufficient in detecting these crimes in the face of the amazing technical developments in the field of informatics, which necessitate reviewing them in line with this development.
