Terrorism is one of the political and social issues that peoples, states and nations have suffered from, and still is, and despite the change and the different view of it and the actions that are called terrorism and that are not called terrorism, its forms are multiple and change from time to time and from one society to another, and this of course has led to the difference and change Its concepts, which we will notice during our philosophical analysis of this phenomenon and its growth throughout history. We discuss the development and spread of this phenomenon, especially in this age, the age of technology and the Internet, and the emergence of the so-called scientific (technological), biological and transcontinental terrorism, and its connection to a phenomenon that is considered to be the feeding tool for it, which is violence. Hence, it was necessary to understand these two phenomena philosophically.
