اثر اصول الفقه في اصول النحو، اثر القياس الفقهي علي القياس النحوي انموذجا

There is no doubt that many Islamic sciences and Arabic sciences are influenced by each other and complement each other, as the emergence was in a contiguous place and a close time, so circles were held in the mosques of Basra and Kufa, the home of linguistic studies, and many linguists were scholars and hadiths who requested the first thing they asked. From the sciences of jurisprudence, hadith and readings, and they worked in legal studies before linguistics. Among the most prominent sciences that are said to be intertwined with the sciences of the principles of jurisprudence and the principles of grammar, it has been said that the second one derived its rules from the first and took its approach, and since the two sciences have multiple doors and have many branches, I thought that I should shed light on the part contained in both of them which is analogy. So this research will answer us about the following problems, what is the truth about the two measurements, jurisprudence and grammar? an‎d what are the similarities between them? What are the foundations and rules of each of them? Then what is the effect of jurisprudential analogy on grammatical analogy?
