The study aims to identify Manchausen's syndrome by delegation theoretically and criteria for its diagnosis, as a new term in psychology and victimology, and to identify it in the field through the application of an interview form with specialists in the field of psychology, mental health and medicine, about their knowledge of this syndrome theoretically and practically, and the extent His knowledge and presence in Algerian society, the results were as follows: - Lack of knowledge of the syndrome by the majority of specialists, except for university professors specialized in clinical psychology, and their knowledge of this syndrome was only theoretical. - The absence of cases in Algerian society through the professional practice of specialists, and the lack of knowledge by the community, according to the opinion of the study sample members.
