The process of social mobilization results from quantitative and qualitative changes in the segments of the population with political interest or wishing to engage in political work and who are able to participate in political life, and accordingly the position of the political system and the ruling elite on the demand for participation is determined either by support, restriction or opposition. This position is usually formed in the light of the answer to the questions raised by these changes revolving around the nature and size of the social forces wishing to participate in political life on the one hand, and the size of the requirements that these forces raise and the impact of these requirements on the nature and course of the political process on the one hand. On the other hand, and the extent of the ability and efficiency of the existing political institutions and the ruling elite that represent these changes and their absorption on a third hand, as well as the quality of groups and groups that participate in the political process and their ability to influence. Here we are going to raise the issue of the role of civil society organizations in achieving and consolidating democratic political participation. This is done through two important factors: 1- Organizations that contribute to the production of public money and socio-economic development. 2- Good governance and participatory democracy.
