نظرية العلم اليقيني في قضاء محكمة العدل العليا الاردنية

This study dealt with an important topic, which is the theory of certain science in the judiciary of the Supreme Court of Justice. To show the essence of this theory, the position of jurisprudence and the judiciary of the Supreme Court of Justice regarding it, the conditions for achieving and proving certain knowledge, and the guarantees of individuals towards it through the applications of the Jordanian administrative judiciary in this regard. This topic has been discussed in two topics: we devoted the first to the nature of the theory of certain science and its conditions, and we devoted the second to ways of proving certain science. Then the study concluded with some conclusions and recommendations that we reached.
