چكيده عربي :
من بين الأساليب الجديدة التي استحدثها المشرع الجزائري في ميدان التحقيق في الجرائم نجد ما يسمى بأسلوب التسرب، والذي يتمثل في قيام ضابط أو عون الشرطة القضائية، تحت مسؤولية ضابط الشرطة القضائية المكلف بتنسيق العملية، بمراقبة الأشخاص المشتبه في ارتكابهم جناية أو جنحة بإيهامهم أنه فاعل معهم أو شريك لهم أو خاف، في محاولة لابتكار طرق فعالة لمكافحة أنواع معينة من الجرائم، وهي تلك التي تتسم بالخطورة والتعقيد كجرائم المخدرات أو الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية أو الجرائم الماسة بأنظمة المعالجة الآلية للمعطيات أو جرائم تبييض الأموال أو الإرهاب أو الجرائم المتعلقة بالتشريع الخاص بالصرف وكذا جرائم الفساد، فهل فعلا هذا الأسلوب ناجع في مكافحة هذه الجرائم أم لا؟
