يلعب العقار دورا مهما في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، لذلك نجد تملكه غاية كل مواطن، وتعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول المغاربية التي تسعى إلى تنظيم الملكية العقارية نظرا لدورها المهم في الطابع الجمالي للمدينة وبغية فرض رقابة على حركتها. فنجد الكثير من العقارات لا تخضع للمواصفات والشروط والوثائق الضرورية لحمايتها ومراقبة حركتها، لذلك تدخل المشرع بإصدار عدة نصوص لتنظيمها، ومن هذه الآليات عملية التطهير التي يمكن من خلالها تسوية بعض البنايات الفوضوية التي تستوفي شروط نص عليها قانون 08-05 المتعلق بمطابقة البنايات. وسنبحث في هذه الورقة مدى مطابقة هذه البنايات وفقا لهذا القانون

Real estate plays an important role in economic and social life, so we find that it is the goal of every citizen. Algeria is among the Maghreb countries that seek to regulate real estate ownership due to its important role in the aesthetic character of the city and in order to impose control over its movement. We find many real estates that are not subject to the specifications, conditions, and documents necessary to protect them and monitor their movement, so the legislature intervened by issuing several texts to regulate them, and among these mechanisms is the purification process through which it is possible to settle some chaotic buildings that meet the conditions stipulated in Law 08-05 related to the conformity of buildings. In this paper, we will examine the extent to which these buildings conform to this law
