Approche fonctionnelle des forclusifs ?aHad, ?abad, qaTTu, et shay? en arabe moderne standard

The recent study aims at specifying the most frequently used forclusifs in Modern Standard Arabic negative constructions ''?aHad, ?abad, qaTTu, et shay? '' are cases in point. To achieve this goal, the study is divided into two parts. The first takes into account describing these particles in taxonomic approach in accordance with the perspectives of traditional Arabic grammar. The second part; however, focuses on analyzing the constituents of these forclusifs from a functional viewpoint. As a result of this analysis, it became possible to suggest formalizing a negative form of the abstract operant entitled '' Neg''. In addition, this functional analysis shows that the negative particle is linked to aoperant entitled '' Neg''. In addition, this functional analysis shows that the negative particle is linked to a forclusif within a sentence in a way they fact that the forclusif is considered as a quantifier. In conclusion, the researcher ends up by suggesting a classification that takes into consideration shay? and ?aHad on the one hand and qaTTu and abad on the other.
