This research is raised to study the poetical works dictionary for the Jordan poet Abdul Moneim Al Refaei .The study has made two requirements in which the first handled both the poet and his poetical work (divan) in clarifying the words and their meaning and relevance whereas the second requirement handled the concept of poetical dictionary then it divided Al Refai's divan into circular semantics where we can find single words from the divan to represent each verbal circle then we can see some examples of Refai's poetry which represent the contents of each circle. Therefore, the circular semantics for his poems were: the religious verbal semantic, the national ones with its burdens and occasions, nature and its sources, wine semantic and emotional one
