This paper discusses the field of political development at an important stage in which the use of the concept was limited - remarkably, since the last three decades, which were characterized by the emergence of a new international system at the level of realism and the postmodern movement at the intellectual, cultural and scientific level, then the tyranny of globalization, which resulted in the transformation of the field of development Politics has moved to a new format, and accordingly the article aims to highlight the impact of the changes that have occurred in this field in light of the aforementioned transformations.
