As for the second topic of this study, freedom of opinion between the globalization of human rights and local cultures, the first requirement is concerned with studying the globalization of human rights that have been embodied since the creation and the descent of the heavenly religions, as well as the human ideas that were put forward since the era of enlightenment by a number of philosophers and thinkers, and the second requirement It dealt with local cultures and freedom of opinion and expression, as it exposed local culture and social values ​​and their important role in developing and educating society at the official and popular levels.
