الخلفية: - تم التأكد من أن إنتاج أنواع الأكسجين التفاعلية في معظم الأمراض بما في ذلك سرطان الدم (نوع من السرطان) هو أكثر العمليات تدميرًا لخلايا الإنسان. الهدف: - مضادات الأكسدة القوية ضرورية للتغلب على بيروكسيد الدهون والإجهاد التأكسدي. مركبات البوليفينول هي مجموعة من المركبات التي تحدث بشكل طبيعي في نباتات مختلفة. هم منتج واعد للحماية والوقاية من سرطان الدم والعديد من أنواع السرطان بآليات مختلفة. النتيجة: تم دراسة تأثير مركبات البوليفينول (حمض الإيلاجيك وحمض التانيك) على البيروكسينيتريت في أنواع مختلفة من اللوكيميا (AML ، ALL ، CML و CLL). أظهرت النتائج فعالية حامض الإلاجيك (EA) وحمض التانيك (TA) في علاج سرطان الدم في الدراسة المختبرية ، وانخفض تركيز البيروكسينيتريت إلى القيمة الطبيعية. أظهرت النتائج أن EA كان أقوى من TA.
چكيده لاتين :
Background:- The production of reactive oxygen species in most diseases including leukemia (type of cancer) is confirmed to be the most destructive process to human cell. Objective:- Potent antioxidant is needed to overcome the lipid peroxidation and oxidative stress. Polyphenolic compounds are group of naturally occurring compounds in different plants. They are promising product to protect, and prevent leukemia and many types of cancer by different mechanisms. Result: The effect of polyphenolic compounds (ellagic and tannic acid) on peroxynitrite was investigated in different types of leukemia (AML, ALL, CML and CLL). The results revealed the effectiveness of ellagic acid(EA) and tannic acid (TA) in treatment of leukemia in vitro study, and the peroxynitrite concentration was reduced to normal value. The results showed that EA was most potent than TA.
