الخلاصة Green taxes system is one of the policies that the Iraqi government must be applied to eliminate the problem of environmental pollution, which is one of the universal problems that have a serious dimensions, whether on economic or social development plans and since the Iraq is facing high levels of pollution, so the legal and proper taxes system is one of the financial means to reduce the impact of pollution in Iraq by collect and transfer its revenues to environment protection box ,then conducting economic activities to be environmentally friend .
