The importance of the current research lies in recognizing the impact of physical, bodily, and skill concepts on the basic skills performance of advanced female volleyball players in Qaraqosh Sports Club and the relationship between psychological and skill variables in the research sample. From here, the research problem arose among the researchers about the relationship between the physical, bodily, and skill concepts and some basic skills (passing, setting, smash hit, serving) among the advanced female volleyball players in Qaraqosh Sports Club. The current research aims to identify: - The degree of physical, bodily, and skill concept and the degree of the players in the basic skills tests (passing, setting, smash hit, serving) in volleyball. - Correlational relationship between physical, bodily, and skill concept, and some basic skills tests (passing, setting, smash hit, serving) in volleyball. The researchers hypothesize the following: There is no significant correlation between volleyball's physical, bodily, and skill concepts and some basic skills tests (passing, setting, smashing hit, serving). Research areas included: The human field: the advanced players of Qaraqosh Sports Club and those participating in the Iraqi Volleyball Premier League for the 2013/2014 season. Time: the period from 12/12/2013 to 2/4/2014. Place: Qaraqosh club volleyball stadium in Al-Hamdaniya district / Nineveh. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the style of correlational studies to suit the nature of the current research. The research community included the players of Qaraqosh Sports Club, who advanced in volleyball and participated in the Iraqi Premier League competitions for the 2013/2014 season, and they numbered (12) players. The researchers used a comprehensive inventory method for all players, as they represented themselves in the research sample, which amounted to (12) players. Thus, the proportion of the research sample reached (100%) of the total research community. The researchers used the following methods to reach the data for the research: - Physical self-esteem scale. - Physical self-concept scale. - Skill self-esteem scale. - Serving test. - Setting test - Passing Test - Smash hit test The researchers applied the research criteria (skill scale, physical scale, and bodily scale) as well as applied skill tests (serving, setting, passing, and smash-hit) to the advanced volleyball players of Qaraqosh Sports Club for the period from 12/12/2013 to 2/4 / 2014, as psychological scales were distributed first, and then the skill tests were applied. The researchers used the following statistical methods: Arithmetic means, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, hypothetical mean, (T) law for one sample, simple correlation coefficient, alienation coefficient, skew coefficient, mode. The researchers concluded the following: - The advanced female volleyball players in Qaraqosh Sports Club possess the high skill, bodily and physical concepts, and fairly good basic skills. - The players who possess the skill, bodily and physical concepts and possess the basic skills at a good level, but there is no link between the basic skills and the psychological concepts studied during the training process. The researchers recommend the following: - The necessity of educating the trainers, in addition to introducing the players to the bodily, skill, and physical concepts, to have a link between them and the basic skills of the event to obtain a positive influence for one of them on the other.
