This study aims to highlight the concept of the argument ladder and the effect of the laws of speech in its creation because arguments are a linguistic strategy that derives its dimensions from the conditions associated with the requirements of speech. It is no wonder that these requirements have an impact on the structure of the argument ladder during the communication, in order to continue it among the speakers to achieve the desired objectives of the arguments, which is to influence the recipient and drive him to accomplish a certain act through the content of the speech.
