اثر العصف الذهني كطريقة في التفكير بتطوير التربية العملية لطالبات كلية التربية للبنات

In this research some of the weaknesses of the requirements of practical education (period of application) in the college of education for women have been inpointed. Most important of these are; the low level of efficiency of the trained students. Because of the importance of the period of application in preparing the teacher of the future, the importance of the research has become evident. This requires to start with the problems of the experiment, and by using the method of Brainstorming to instigate students to think through directory them towards the new and genuine solutions of the problems they face, in order to achieve that, the present research tends to investigate the answer to the following question: What are the suggestions that can be posed by a sample of students of the forth year who participated in the period of practical education(application) through the use Brainstorming ? The research has been applied to a random sample of students of the college of education for women, in the university of Kufa, for the academic year 2005-2006.The sample consist of (158)girls students ,divided among five departments: two human and three pure scientific. The sample was divided into two groups in which reward was considered among other variables, in the experimental group the method of brainstorming was applied but it was not applied in the control group. The following results have been found. The number of suggested solution in the experimental group was larger than the equivalent number in the control group in to the human and the scientific department. The research ends with a number of conclusions and suggestions.
