It`s necessary for the researcher in the Shiite history to know the Shiite schools in Hadith science and the intellectual foundations that define each school by it and compare between them as one of the cornerstones in each ideology in the legislation and the doctrine of ijtihad and the obtaining of legal provisions and to facilitates the knowledge of jurisprudence over the roles of each ideology. The School of Qum in Hadith sciences in the third and fourth centuries was one of the most important Shiite schools and most influential, and due to the depth of the Shiites in the city of Qom and the direct contact between the nattarors and the scientists of this scools and Imams (peace be upon them) and so many of their and the impact of this school on the intellectual currents that prevailing in these centuries, so the school of Qom was the leading pioneer in the field of collecting of the heritage of Shiites in the Hadith and it`s sciences in an orderly and purified of impurities. The school of Qom was became known clearly in the adhering to the Shia heritage against the penetrations of false ideas and corrupt beliefs particularly the Extermism, so the narrators and the scientists of this school made their efforts for this matter and they had caught excess and this is what led to the lethargy of this school at the hands of fundamentalists at the School of Baghdad at the beginning of the fifth century A.H.
