تخطيط الإنتاج والمخزون بأسلوب تخطيط الموارد الصناعية MRP في مؤسسة صناعة الكوابل ببسكرة – الجزائر-

This research aims at illustrating how production is planned with the manufacturing resource planning MRP as this system includes benefits and multiple objectives. Also, it is an attempt to apply this system on an Algerian industrial firm. This study concluded that the MRP system allows the firm to plan at a strategic level by identifying the manufacturing and sales plans of products. Then, to plan at a short term is by identifying the master production schedule. It calculates the net material requirements that identifies accurately every purchase order and manufacturing order in terms of time and quantity. Finally, the results indicate that the ultimate formulation of MRP is a system of control of both production and inventory. It is also used to control the produced quantities, capacities and types of inventories in their various forms of raw materials, components (compounds), final products in the industrial firm, which significantly reflected at the cost reduction. Based upon that, a set of recommendations are presented with the most important application of this system to increase the competitiveness of enterprises and satisfy its customers. It creates the database needed to provide the necessary inputs for this system develops skills in this field, and encourages the use of quantitative methods in production planning over the profitability of the institution.
