This study aims at clarifying one of the important topics that occupy the thinking of the Iraqi government, namely the development of non-profit organizations that are headed towards organizational collapse. This study examines the situation of a sample of business organizations operating in Najaf governorate.Problems that limit the achievement of profits.So our study seeks to answer the relationship between external and internal environment indicators and organizational collapse by testing the validity of the main assumptions developed.The first step is to analyze the reality of the organizations through a chek list and in the second sort the organizations.Based on the findings of the study, the most important of which are:The researcher concluded that the Babel tires factory needs a serious pause from the Ministry of Industry as well as from the General Company for Rubber Industries to support it in the face of the organizational collapse as it refers to the statistical figures and analysis derived from the questionnaire distributed to the workers in the lab mentioned.2 - The researcher concluded the important fact that the prospects for the development of the Organization candidate for the organizational collapse represented by the tires factory Babylon requires procedures at the level of the internal environment (as far as the financial resources and technology and modern management systems) and external as far as the political and economic stability of the plant.The study ended with a number of recommendations, the most important of which were:- the need to continue all scientific and practical activities that ultimately lead to the identification of different prospects for the development of the reality of business organizations in light of the neglect and deterioration of the economic sector in general.
