Boards of directors have an important role in the success of companies, and the board has a major role in defining the job responsibilities of the company and appointing and evaluating its CEO or general manager. These councils have specific tasks set by the authorities regulating the work of these companies, perhaps the most important of these tasks is defining the powers of the executive management in the company, evaluating its performance and setting a risk management policy, in addition to taking risks. The efficiency of the board of directors is linked to multiple factors, and these factors play a role in influencing the performance of companies. A number of researchers to study several factors associated with the administration's councils and their impact on companies and from these factors diversifying the members of the Board of Directors, which has received special research attention in Western and East Asian countries. Insurance Listed on the Amman Stock Exchange and numbered (15) banks and (23) insurance companies. The study period included the year (2010) until the year (2015). The descriptive results showed that the representation of women and PhD holders is weak and low, while there is an acceptable representation of foreign members and members of master's holders. In the same context and after a comparison between the regression model (OLS) and the random effects model (RME), the study concluded that there was no effect of gender diversity, nationality diversity, and diversity of educational qualifications on academic academic achievement.
