چكيده عربي :
ﻫدﻓت ﻫذﻩ اﻟدراﺳﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻟﺗﻌرف اﻟﻰ اﺛر اﺳﺗﺧدام ﺗﻛﻧوﻟوﺟﻳﺎ اﻟﻣﻌﻠوﻣﺎت ﺑﺄﺑﻌﺎدﻫﺎ (اﻷﺟﻬزة واﻟﺑرﻣﺟﻳﺎت، اﻟﻣﻬﺎرة واﻟﺧﺑرة، اﺟﻬزة اﻻﺗﺻﺎﻝ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧدﻣﺔ وﻗواﻋد اﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎت) ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷداء اﻟﺗﻧظﻳﻣﻲ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣوﺳﺳﺎت اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﻳﺔ اﻟﻣﺷﺎرﻛﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﺎﺋرة اﻟﻣﻠك ﻋﺑداﷲ اﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﺗﻣﻳز اﻷداء اﻟﺣﻛو ﻣﻲ واﻟﺷﻔﺎﻓﻳﺔ، واﺳﺗﺧدم اﻟﺑﺎﺣﺛون اﻟﻣﻧﻬﺞ اﻟوﺻﻔﻲ ﻟﺟﻣﻊ ﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎت اﻟدراﺳﺔ ﺑﺎﺳﺗﺧدام اﻻﺳﺗﺑﺎﻧﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗم ﺗطوﻳرﻫﺎ وﺗوزﻳﻌﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻳﻧﺔ اﻟدراﺳﺔ واﻟﻣﻛوﻧﺔ ﻣن 262 ﻣوظﻔﺎ اﻟذﻳن ﻳﻌﻣﻠون ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣوﺳﺳﺎت اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﻳﺔ اﻷردﻧﻳﺔ. اظﻬرت اﻟﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ ان اﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﻣوﺳﺳﺎت ﻟﺗﻛﻧوﻟوﺟﻳﺎ اﻟﺣدﻳﺛﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻋﻣﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﺟﺎء ﻣﺗوﺳطﺎ. ﻛﻣﺎ واظﻬرت اﻟﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ وﺟود ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ذات دﻻﻟﺔ اﺣﺻﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﻋﻧد ﻣﺳﺗوى اﻟدﻻﻟﺔ (0.05) ﺑﻳن اﺑﻌﺎد اﻟﻣﺗﻐﻳر اﻟﻣﺳﺗﻘﻝ ﻣﻊ ﺑﻌﺿﻬﺎ اﻟﺑﻌض (ﺗﻛﻧوﻟوﺟﻳﺎ اﻟﻣﻌﻠوﻣﺎت، اﻷﺟﻬزة واﻟﺑرﻣﺟﻳﺎت، اﻟﻣﻬﺎرة واﻟﺧﺑرة، اﺟﻬزة اﻻﺗﺻﺎﻝ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧدﻣﺔ وﻗواﻋد اﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎت) ﺑﺷﻛﻝ اﻳﺟﺎﺑﻲ ووﺟود ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﻳن اﺑﻌﺎد اﻟﻣﺗﻐﻳر اﻟﻣﺳﺗﻘﻝ واﻷداء اﻟﺗﻧظﻳﻣﻲ. ﻛﻣﺎ واظﻬرت اﻟﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ ان اﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﺗﻛﻧوﻟوﺟﻳﺎ واﺑﻌﺎدﻫﺎ(اﻷﺟﻬزة واﻟﺑرﻣﺟﻳﺎت، اﻟﻣﻬﺎرة واﻟﺧﺑرة، اﺟﻬزة اﻻﺗﺻﺎﻝ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧدﻣﺔ وﻗواﻋد اﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎت) ﻟﻬﺎ اﺛر ﻓﻲ اﻷداء اﻟﺗﻧظﻳﻣﻲ ﻟﻠﻣوﺳﺳﺎت اﻟﻣﺷﺎرﻛﺔ. وﻗد اوﺻت اﻟدراﺳﺔ ﺑﻌدة ﺗوﺻﻳﺎت اﻫﻣﻬﺎ اﻟﺗرﻛﻳز ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗدرة اﻟﻛﻔﺎءة اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺗﻳﺣﻬﺎ اﻟﺗﻛﻧوﻟوﺟﻳﺎ اﻟﺣدﻳﺛﺔ وﺗرﺳﻳﺦ ﻓﻛرة اﺳﺗﺧداﻣﻬﺎ وﺗﻔﻌﻳﻠﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻋﻣﺎﻝ اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺔ ﻣن اﺟﻝ ﺗﺣﺳﻳن اداﺋﻬﺎ اﻟﺗﻧظﻳﻣﻲ. اﺿﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻷﺧذ ﺑﻌﻳن اﻻﻋﺗﺑﺎر اﻫﻣﻳﺔ ﺗﻛﻧوﻟوﺟﻳﺎ اﻟﻣﻌﻠوﻣﺎت ﻛوﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺣﻘق اداء اﻓﺿﻝ ﻟﻠﻣوﺳﺳﺎت اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﻳﺔ.
چكيده لاتين :
This study aimed to identify the impact of information technology in terms of dimensions (hardware and software, skill and expertise, communication devices used and databases) on organizational performance in government zones participating in the Jurisdiction of King Abdullah II to distinguish the performance of Mai and transparency. The researchers used the descriptive curriculum The questionnaire that was developed and distributed to the study sample, which consisted of 262 employees who work in Jordanian governmental institutions. The results showed that the institutions' use of modern technology in their business was moderate. The results showed a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.05) among the dimensions of the independent variable with each other (IT, hardware and software, skill and expertise, communication devices used and databases) positively and a relationship between independent variable dimensions and organizational performance. The results also showed that the use of technology and its dimensions (hardware and software, skill and experience, used communication devices and databases) had an impact on the organizational performance of the participating institutions. The study made several recommendations, the most important of which is to focus on the efficiency capacity offered by modern technology and to consolidate the idea of using and activating it in all the work of the organization in order to improve its performance. In addition to taking into consideration the importance of information technology as it achieves better performance for government institutions.
