الضوابط الشرعية لتشجيع الاستثمار في الفقه الاسلامي

This study aims to clarify the concept of investment promotion and the statement of Sharia, which should be taken especially in light of what the world is facing today, the negative aspects of the global economic crisis and hyper systems work of investment promotion institutions in the world today. This study has addressed the investment in terms of concept and forms of legitimacy and controls to encourage, through the inductive approach and the descriptive analytical method. The main findings of the study: that the Shariah to encourage investment are those provisions of the total falls below a set of provisions related to a motivation and strengthen the heart when the owners of capital to use their money according to the methods legitimacy to pursue their and others, and of the most prominent of these controls: The project should be the investment sum on grants and facilities legally permissible, and beneficial to the interest of the community interests, and be sensitive to the priorities of the Muslim community. The researcher recommends the establishment of conferences and seminars that will deepen the understanding of those controls and described very clearly, and then deepen the knowledge of the community in theory and in practice.
