In the recent centuries, new kinds and forms of rights have appeared. Of these rights is the intellectual property rights to which belongs the authorship right which was not known for the classical jurists of Islam. This right is of the new issues of our modern time. Authorship has become an influential factor for the continuity and development of various institutions, universities, research centers and financial institutions. Intellectual life and movement is part of the movement of the whole community and ummah in its different fields, whether this movement is negative or positive. In Islam, the authorship right is legislated and approved, however, there should be limits and controls on it. This is to prevent arbitration. It also needs protection and preservation.
