This research deals with the right of food in Islam in terms of its meaning, importance, properties. Its concluded that the Right Of Food is linked to the keep psychology and keep of the mind, two of the essential interests which is the highest echelons of the purposes of the shari'a. Its a grant from God and not for humans interpretation is contrary to the tender of God., Its a means and not a goal and convert it to a goal in itself out by its nature. The right of food on perfection to approve a conditional belief and accessible,and to be pure and acceptable to souls and not go against human dignity. Islam is a realistic religion so its studying imbalances to obtain the right of food with policy are applicable: such as the rationalization of consumption and import and reorganize the distribution of alms to the beneficiaries.
