تناولت الدراسة تعريف المصلحة وشروطها
التنفيذ ، وتعريف الجمهور وأنواعه ، ومعنى التخصيص
وأقسامها.
ودراسة تخصيص منصب علماء الفقه في
نص الطب الشرعي ، وإرسال الفائدة والأدلة لمن يقولون أن التخصيص
من الفائدة في النص ، ودليل النافين. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يجوز
حدد العام بالمصالح
چكيده لاتين :
The study deals with the definition of maslaha (interest) and their conditions of
implementing, and the definition of the public and its types, and the meaning of customization
and its divisions.
The study of the allocation of the position of scholars of jurisprudence in the
