This study deals with the most important elements of the creative character in the light of Qur`an. The researchers deal with the definition of creativity and creation linguistically and terminologically. They attempt to study the creative character elements through the examination and inspiration of the Qur`anic verses that are related to the topic. This study finds out that there are three main elements for creativityand creation: the mind, senses and knowledge investment. The researchers in the first section state the techniques that direct the mind toward creativity, and then they clarify the most important mental processes, which reflect the creativity, for instance: fiqh, contemplation and consideration. The second section deals with the senses and how they can shape creativity. The third section highlights the actual values of the two sections through investing the knowledge, reformulating it, changing its forms, and developing its outcomes that contribute in building the civilized succession, which qualifies Ummah (Islamic nation) for the moral and material leadership. Thid research ends with conclusion, results and recommendations.
