Arabic Language is considered as one of the most important pillars on which scholars depend to develop the fundamental rules governing words connotation associated to their meanings to attain the jurisprudence doctrine that contains the practical legitimate provisions from the illustrated evidence. According fundamentalism scholars, homonyms are one of those lexicons - semantics that contribute to the diversity of scholar’s interpretations, which vary according to the weight that the scholar gives to those interpretations sorting them in different classifications from others. This homonyms research is an attempt to present a practical adaptation of these lexicons -semantics issues contributing to the reconciliation between scholars’ different views, and to reduce the interpretations divergence. The fact that homonyms use intends to embrace all the meanings of the word at the same time without limitation to one of these meanings, the researcher discusses the views of the scholars and their evidences backing the most correct opinion by studying practical applications of associated verses and sayings provisions
