Reaching the most severe in the Holy Qur’an, an objective study

This research aims at clarifying the meaning of the expression Attaining Optimal Maturity; the way it is used and the major accompanying characteristics in the Holy Qur’an. It explains the association of such an expression with handing over the wealth of orphan and the wisdom behind preventing the orphan from disposing of his wealth, as it has been linked to the governance and the wisdom ascribed to Joseph and Moses (Peace be upon them). Undoubtedly, such an association is so significant as maturity is related to a particular period of age; i.e. the stage between strength amid the weakness of infanthood and ageing. Finally the researcher has shown how such characteristics are associated with governance and wisdom; in addition to showing their impact on the rise of nation’s rise and the secret of such unique relation.
