The research addresses one of the scholars’ differences; thus is linkage between the judgments and its causes which is the apparent regulated description or the judgment sapience that represents its goal and interest. The researcher illustrates the fundamentalists’ opinions for the judgment linkage with its motives and causes, also he sheds light on the hesitation impact on judgment assignment to its motives and sapience for scholars’ inferences or the justification without deductions. The study concludes to the possibility of matching the cause and sapience attribution to the judgment, if they consider the description regulations and the sapience conditions that prevent the researcher from pursuing inferred judgments not taking into consideration its sapience, or considering the sapience that contradicts the apparent inferred text.
