Legitimate measures to prevent disability

The present study aims to identify the measures of legitimacy and procedures applied, which seeks to prevent disability by standing on the reasons contained in the contents of the verses of the Qur'an and the Hadith, and linked to the findings of modern science in this area, the study included three sections as follows: to describe the meaning of disability and to clarify the causes and types. The study also showed the stand of Islam from the care of the disabled, and then offered the most important legislation and preventive measures to reduce disability in accordance with the factors and causes the resultant such as the genetic, health or environmental factors, and the results of the study confirmed the Islam care for human and its concern for his safety and protection of disability through the rules and regulations set by.
