چكيده عربي :
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مدى سلطة الولي في معالجة ظاهرة تأخر سن الزواج لدى الشباب ، وقد أوضحنا مفهوم سلطة الولي ، وضوابطه ، وكذلك حالة الزواج. في الإسلام ، وأهميته ، وما أسباب ظاهرة تأخر سن الزواج بين الشباب ، وكيف أن ذلك المستعمر الأجنبي ساهم بوسائل عديدة في الإعلام ، على اختلاف أنواعها ، في نشر ثقافة ظاهرة الزواج. تأخر سن الزواج لدى الشباب والتي لم تكن موجودة بالفعل ، ثم أظهرنا دور الولي من خلال التشريعات والقوانين التي تساهم في القضاء على هذه الظاهرة ، وتعاملنا مع معالجة واقعية تتفق مع قواعد الحصة. 'آه ، ومقاصد العظيمة ، ثم يختتم بأهم النتائج.

This research aims to show the extent of the authority of the guardian, in addressing the phenomenon of delayed age of marriage, among young people, we have explained the concept of the authority of the guardian, and controls, as well as the status of marriage in Islam, and its importance, and what are the reasons for the phenomenon of delayed age of marriage, among young people, and how that colonized foreign, contributed through many means of informing, of all kinds, in spreading the culture of the phenomenon of delayed age of marriage, among young people, which were not already exist, then we showed role of guardian, through the legislation and laws, which contribute to the eradication of this phenomenon , and dealt with a realistic treatment, consistent with the rules of share'ah, and purposes of the great, then the concluded with the most important results.
