This research aims to show the extent of the authority of the guardian, in addressing the phenomenon of delayed age of marriage, among young people, we have explained the concept of the authority of the guardian, and controls, as well as the status of marriage in Islam, and its importance, and what are the reasons for the phenomenon of delayed age of marriage, among young people, and how that colonized foreign, contributed through many means of informing, of all kinds, in spreading the culture of the phenomenon of delayed age of marriage, among young people, which were not already exist, then we showed role of guardian, through the legislation and laws, which contribute to the eradication of this phenomenon , and dealt with a realistic treatment, consistent with the rules of share'ah, and purposes of the great, then the concluded with the most important results.
