The research concentrates on the globalizationeffects on the economical, commercial&costing sides of theproducts and their quality .The research shows the globalizationeffects on controlling the under developed countries economicsby filling their markets with high quality and low pricesproducts and that will cause the consumers to ignore the localproducts and that will cause the local factories to shut down.The research also shows the importance of getting the (ISO) andthe development of products quality and using the (hi-technology) in manufacturing products to stand up against theforeign high quality products. So, (ISO) is a (passport) for theproducts and local goods to international markets, and its affecton cost reduction, increasing profitability and productivity andfinally the improvement of the country economics by competingthe foreign and local products.
