Fundamental rules derived from Sahih al-Bukhari and their jurisprudential applications

This paper addresses fundamentals ascertained from some traditions contained in Sahih Bukhari along with a brief explanation for the same. In addition to the comments of scholars to these fundamentals, and restricting the evidences from Sahih Bukhari, as well as the inference of the prophetic tradition. Furthermore, I have applied one jurisprudence application to each rule. This paper stated two rules relating to sharia ruling four rules relating to sharia evidences, three rules relating to semantics, two rules relating to incompatibility and weighting, and three rules relating to independent judgment and fatwa, in total, these rules amount to fourteen. This paper revealed the correlation between Sunnah and the principles of jurisprudence, it demonstrated to the students of forensic science the aspects inferred from the prophetic traditions to the fundamentals, and the fundamentalists efforts in the deriving of fundamentals from the prophetic tradition, as well as this paper contributes to the development of fundamentalism and jurisprudence of forensic science students, through jurisprudential applications on fundamentalism rules.
