The purpose of this study is to investigate timeshare contracts within the concept. Bases, characteristics and its investment importance and the challenges it faces, and finallydemonstratingthe appropriate way of itsadjustment and its legal opinion. The study clarified that timeshare is empowering some individuals to use a real estate or money permanently or temporarily for a designed price. It is based on distributing the investment cost and operating all units in the real estate according the timeshare of each individual. This contract has certain characteristics different than other selling and renting contracts such as time id the only standard to evaluate the sale. This contract was according to points system then developed to weeks and it’s now based on exchange. With regard to investment importance that study explained that the practical status proved that the adoption of the system of ownership has a positive impact on the beneficiary, company and society, however, provides an ideal opportunity for exchange place and time of accommodation among the beneficiaries at the appropriate time, the continuation of the increasing taxes and duties to the beneficiary and sometimes after a while was one of the most prominent of the difficulties impeding the ownership of the timetable of the achieved fully in reality.It is appropriate to adjust the timeshare contract as a special type of contracts that is Islamically permissible if devoid of ambiguity and aleatory.
